Use a separate line for each package size, with the quantity of identical cartons. Measure the sealed box rather than the unpacked product. Add protective packaging before weighing.
Explain the contents accurately, especially batteries, liquids, breakable items or anything temperature-sensitive. Acceptance is checked before transport is agreed.
Make the packages ready for handover
Use packaging suitable for the goods and handling journey. Keep individual boxes identifiable and let the team know if all packages must arrive together.
Tell us whether collection is from a home, shop or warehouse, and if a sender needs a release reference. Do not enter payment details or sensitive documents in the enquiry.
