Space and weight both matter
List the size and gross weight of every package, pallet or crate. Long items, unusually tall goods and non-stackable freight can fill the available space before the vehicle reaches its weight limit.
Mention any loading-bay height limit, gate width or turning restriction. Ask about a tail lift if you cannot load or unload the freight at ground level.
