- Confirm the item is released for collection and who can hand it over.
- Get the full address, postcode and collection reference.
- Check opening times, collection deadlines and any booked loading slot.
- Ask what loading equipment and packaging are provided.
Keep the purchase and transport separate

Include any auction deadline and access restrictions. Availability is confirmed separately, so do not assume an enquiry reserves a collection slot.
