Use a separate line for each package size, with the quantity of identical cartons. Measure the sealed box rather than the unpacked product. Add protective packaging before weighing.
Explain the contents accurately, especially batteries, liquids, breakable items or anything temperature-sensitive. Acceptance is checked before transport is agreed.

For Fazeley freight, identify a road-accessible receiving point before choosing a vehicle. A canal-side business name or mooring landmark is not enough for pallet delivery: confirm the yard entrance, firm unloading surface and equipment with the recipient.
