Provide the exact part type, gross weight and packed dimensions. Loose or irregular parts need appropriate packaging and restraint; an engine must not be described simply as a box.
Declare fluids, residue, batteries or other special characteristics. Ask the team what preparation and acceptance conditions apply before booking.
